Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of UncommonClaw ("the Service"). By signing up or using the Service, you agree to them.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract.
- Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for everything your workspace does under your credentials.
- One natural person or organisation per workspace. Don't share a single workspace across multiple unrelated businesses.
Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations can result in immediate suspension or termination.
Our service
- We run your helpers on our infrastructure. We can't guarantee perfect uptime but we try hard; the status page is the source of truth.
- We may update the Service (features, pricing, limits) with reasonable notice to owners. Breaking changes are announced at least 14 days in advance.
- Beta features are marked as such; they may change or disappear without notice.
Fees, taxes, and refunds
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
- You can cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we don't pro-rate refunds for partial months except where required by law.
- Overages (where applicable) are billed at posted rates. Quota enforcement applies before overages trigger.
Your content
- You keep ownership of the content you put into UncommonClaw (prompts, uploaded files, helper outputs, business profile data).
- You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to run the Service.
- We do not train foundation models on your content. Foundation-model providers we relay to (e.g. MiniMax, Anthropic) are bound by their own terms; where possible we pass through settings that disable training on your data.
Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Data portability and deletion
- You can export your data at any time from your Account page (
GET /api/export). - You can request deletion by emailing support@uncommonclaw.com. We delete within 30 days except where we must retain records for legal, tax, or security reasons.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate a workspace immediately if we believe it is violating the AUP, harming other users, or creating legal risk. We'll notify the owner in writing unless doing so would tip off an active abuse campaign.
Warranty disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes are heard in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced to workspace owners at least 14 days in advance.
